Ingredients

Oil 2 spoon

1 onion peeled and
slice thinly.

1 head garlic peeled
and minced.
4.
1 cup vinegar.
5.
½ cup soy sauce.
6. 2 cup water.
7.
3 bay leave.
8.
Salt and black pepper as
needed.
9. Vegetable(carrot, potato each 100 gram)
1 kg chicken or 1 kg pork belly part cut into cubes.
or
(1/2 kg chicken + 1/2 kg pork)
सामग्रीहरू
1. तेल २ चम्मच
2. १ प्याज छिलेको अनि महीन काटेको
3. १ साबूत लहसुन और छिलेको अनि पिसेको
4. १ कप सिरका
5. आधा कप सोया साँस
6. २ कप पानी
7. ३ तेज पत्ता
8. नमक अनि काली मिर्च जरुरत अनुसार
९. तरकारी (गाजर ,आलू प्रत्येक १०० ग्राम )
(१ किलो कुखुरा को मासु या १ किलो सुङुर को मासु )
या
(आधा किलो कुखुरा र आधा किलो सुङुर को मासु)
How to make
- In a pot over medium heat, heat oil.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until limp.
- Add pork and cook until lightly browned.
- Add chicken and cook until brown ,
- until lightly browned and juices run clear.
- then add potato and carrot .
- Add vinegar and bring to a boil,
- uncovered and without stirring, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, water and bay leaves.
- Continue to boil for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Lower heat, cover and continue to cook until meat is tender
- and sauce is reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
